1. How do I cancel my membership?

   Please login to your Admin, go to your Settings page - here you can delete or pause your profile.

2. I cannot Login to my account, what to do?

   First of all, check that you typed in the right email and password. If you've lost your password, use the Forgot Password page. If you still have problems, please contact our Live Chat Support on the Contact page.

3. I cannot upload and/or save my images, why?

   You can check the allowed image types below the Upload Photos button in the Admin area.

   • Photos must be .jpg format.
   • Photos must be vertical orientation.
   • The minimum height and width of the photos must be 1000px.
   • The proper ratio is 2/3 (width/height).
   • If your ratio is smaller then we will crop from the bottom.
   • If your ratio is larger then we will crop from the sides.
   • Maximum allowed dimension 5000x7500px.

4. How can I become a model?

   The most important thing is to be at least 18 years old and female. You make a Profile for free just click on the Register button and fill out the necessary details.

5. I am male. Can I be your model?

   Sorry, but we are working only with female models.

VIP Membership

1. How much does it cost to be a VIP member?

   The price of the VIP membership can vary according to the time period of your subscription and the country category you choose. You can choose from 30 days, 90 days and 1 Year billing cycle in three different country categories. If you paid by Credit Card your subscription will renew automatically by the end of the subscription period. (You can cancel it anytime.) 

2. How can I become a VIP member?

   There are different ways to purchase the VIP membership.

   You have to register either as an independent escort or an escort agency for free. The next step is to fill out the necessary details and upload your first pictures, to be sure that your profile is public. Then Login to the Admin, go to the Advertise section where you can order your VIP membership.

   If you are an escort agency, use the Manage Girls section to add your girls. If you are ready, you can Login anytime and click on the Advertise button. Here you can choose your VIP membership and make an order.

   You can also order the VIP membership before you fill out your profile details and upload your pictures. In this case during the order process we ask you to make a fast registration, but you don’t need to fill out any personal details or upload any pictures. However, be sure that you do this after the purchase, as your profile needs to be public to be shown on the top of the lists as a VIP profile.

3. In which countries can I use my VIP membership?

   You can be a VIP member in any countries within your category (or in a cheaper category as well), but one profile can be VIP only in one country and city at the same time with one VIP. In order to be VIP in more countries and cities, you have to purchase additional VIP packages.

   Example: If you buy a VIP profile in a country, which is in the I. Category, you can use this advertisement in any other countries (Category II. and III. as well). However if your VIP profile was bought in a Category II. country, you can use it only in Category II. and III countries, etc.

4. How can I set my VIP country in the Admin?

   If you are an independent escort Login, go to the My Orders section. The active subscriptions are highlighted with green color. Choose your active VIP Membership and click the Settings icon on the right side. Now you can add your VIP profile to your chosen country and city.

   If you are an escort agency, do the same but at the Settings section you can see all the girls that you’ve added. Choose those profiles you want to use as VIP and set their country and cities if you want to specify that. Be sure you’ve uploaded their profiles and pictures in the Manage Girls section before you try to add them as VIP.

Banner ad

1. How much does it cost to have a Banner ad?

   The price of the Banner ad can vary according to the country, banner size and the time period of your subscription. You can choose from 30 days, 90 days and 1 Year billing cycle. If you paid by Credit Card your subscription will renew automatically by the end of the subscription period. (You can cancel it anytime.)

2. What banner size and format shall I use?

   200x200px size and maximum 120kb. Allowed formats: jpg,gif,png.

3. How can I buy a Banner ad?

   There are different ways to purchase a Banner ad.

   You have to register either as an independent escort or an escort agency for free. The next step is to Login, go to the Advertise section where you can order your Banner ad.

   You can also order the Banner ad by clicking on one of the Banner ads on the right side of the website. During the process you have to register if you are not a registered user yet. Don’t forget to fill out your Profile details later.

   It’s important to mention, that during the order process you can change the size of the banner, the country, the time period and you can give your URL. Please be sure you give us the right details!

4. In which countries can I use my Banner ad?

   You can use your Banner ad only in the selected country. Please be sure that you make your order in the right country, as you cannot change it later.

5. How can I have Banner ads in more than one country?

   You can have Banner ads in as many countries as you want. You have to buy the Banner ads in each country separately.

6. How can I modify my Banner ad?

   You can modify your Banner ad anytime you want. Just Login to the Admin, go to the Advertise section, click on the My Orders button. Scroll down to see your active ads, the ones highlighted with green are active. Choose your active Banner ad and click on the View / Modify button. Here you can add a new banner image and change the URL.

Billing Support

1. How can I pay the VIP Profile or Banner Ad?

   You can pay by Credit Card or by other options mentioned at the end of the order process after you’ve confirmed the purchase on the Payment methods page.

2. Do I have to pay monthly, or is this a recurring subscription fee?

   You accept to subscribe for a recurring fee that you can cancel anytime. If you paid by Credit Card your subscription will renew automatically by the end of the subscription period. You can choose from 1-3-12 month billing cycle. If you chose another payment option, we will send you a reminder one week before the next payment would be necessary in case you want to continue to advertise with us.

3. How can I cancel my subscription?

   You can cancel anytime easily, without any extra costs. Just Log in and go to your Advertise section.

4. Will I get a reminder about my monthly payments?

   Sure. We will send you a reminder by email minimum one week before the next billing cycle, we will also remind you to cancel your subscription if you do not want to advertise with us anymore.

5. Can I have a refund if the service is not available anymore?

   We will give you a refund for a prepaid month if we stop providing our services for a reason that’s not laid out in our Terms and Conditions. More about our refund policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
